BEFORE YOU TAKE THE CONTROLS
Clear answers. A more considered next step.
Understand the distinction between the working synthetic demo and a deployment built around your actual operations.
The product, the demo and your implementation.
Clear expectations before the next conversation.
Is this a working product or a visual prototype?
The demo runs the real application with persistent records and background workers. Investigate a synthetic incident, approve or reject steps, execute a synthetic task and inspect verification and audit history.
Does the demo call a paid AI model?
No. Public demo workspaces use deterministic offline analysis. A custom implementation can use a configured OpenAI-compatible provider with validated structured output and visible provenance.
Can the public demo change production systems?
No. Demo connectors operate only on synthetic records. They do not send real customer messages or write to production systems.
Does approving a plan approve every step?
No. Decisions are scoped to individual proposed steps. You can approve the warehouse task while rejecting the neighboring customer draft.
Does a successful execution response prove success?
No. OpsPilot reads the resulting state back through the connector and compares it with the expected postcondition. The wider business outcome may require a separate confirmation.
Can we put real customer data in the public demo?
Use synthetic information only. A business deployment needs separately agreed hosting, organization access, source permissions, provider settings and retention controls.
How do we purchase OpsPilot?
Contact Codefront Labs at info@codefrontlabs.com for a custom purchase and implementation engagement. The website does not offer self-service subscriptions or online checkout.
Are our ERP and email integrations already connected?
No. Production connectors, scoped credentials, permitted effects and verification checks are agreed and implemented for your deployment. The demonstration adapters are synthetic.
Can AI approve its own recommendations?
No. The workflow separates AI interpretation from human authorization, policy checks and deterministic execution controls.
What should we prepare for an implementation discussion?
Bring a representative exception, the relevant source systems, the people who own decisions and the outcome you need to observe. Use synthetic or appropriately sanitized examples for an initial conversation.
