03 / VERIFY & TRACE

A receipt is a start. Verification closes the loop.

An execution response says an attempt was made. Independent checks establish whether the defined effect can actually be observed.

CONTEXT BEFORE THE NEXT STEP

Define the expected result

Describe the postcondition before authorizing an action. Verification needs a specific target and observable outcome, rather than a general statement that the incident should look resolved.

02

Read back from the connector

Inspect the resulting state through the connector and compare it with the expected effect. Record a mismatch or verification failure explicitly instead of treating a successful response as proof.

03

Separate the effect from the business outcome

Creating a warehouse task is not the same as fulfilling an order. The demo verifies the approved task, then requires fulfillment to be confirmed separately.

04

Keep the incident trail together

Source snapshots, findings, approvals, execution results and verification checks stay associated with the incident. Review the sequence when an outcome is challenged or a workflow needs improvement.
